It is located on the industrial area of the former Fergat, home of the Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo. With an area with about 3,500 square meters, the building bears the signature of the architect Claudio Silvestrin with a simple and rigorous structure, ideal for contemporary art exhibitions: its horizontal development facilitates the transport and installation of works and makes the visit route for the public more interesting.

The space is conceived as a neutral place in which the artists can exhibit without conflicts and visual distractions with the building itself, it is versatile and allows to realize large installations: for the realization of this structure was fundamental the use of Ampex system. The structural system of Isolpack has in fact allowed the creation of large spans, respecting the lightness and simplicity of the elements and materials chosen as a stylistic feature of the building.
